So You... Summer Camps!

CAMP SEW-A-LOT for CRAFTY CAMPERS

**Its never too early to start thinking about summer camp. Here at So You... Sewing & Design Studio your summer camp fun opportunities are endless. We have many opportunities to join the fun either with our day camps held locally at our studios or go on an adventure at one of your Sew Sleep Away Camps. The choice is yours. Just don't wait too long. Classes book up quickly. See below for details.**



Who Saw Sally Sew by the Seashore?
 
We will have their first annual summer sew away at the shore! Camp will be held in our summer house right inWildwood!  
When:  July 27 - 7/31. What could be better? We will sew a cushioned lounge chair/fold away bed, large tote bag, full set of pajamas, stuffed animals, fun summer tops and pants and skirts.  This is a vacation week full of fun learning, developing skills and getting a tan! Three adults will be present at all times, and food will be included.

Call today for this camp as there are only a few spaces available.

Summer Sew Away Camp Week 

So You...SEW AWAY'S are starting this year! Become an expert seamstress in just one summer!

So You... will have three week long sleep away sewing camps. Join one, two or all three weeks!..

When: SEW AWAY'S will be given the week of June 22 - 26, July 13 - 17 & August 17 - 21.

So You... SASSY Girls (Sew Away Sewing Students) will complete all 12 levels of sewing. They will learn all important techniques of sewing and come home with a brand new wardrobe! Students will be staying at Vivian's Crystal Springs Golf Community home in Hamburg NJ. Go to website www.soyoustudio.com to see complete set of images. The fee for this incredible week? There will be three So You... instructors. Machines and sewing supplies will be made available.

So You Sleep Away Weekend

If a week is just too long to stay away from home.. why not try our So You... Sleep Away's. Sleep Away Weekends are offered each month and are available for adults and youth. The So You... Sleep Away for April is 24-26 and May 15-17 for youth.

Weekly Day Camp at the So You... Studios

So You...Offers weekly summer camp.

When: Camps start the week of 6/1/08 to 8/24.
Time: 10 - 4pm (later with prior arrangements and approval)
Dates can be flexible without penalty!
Each week has different projects. Make some new friends, design new creations, learn life long skill, while having a blast!

April Camps are 4/13 to 4/17.  Time: 10 - 3 
Each day will be a new class for sewing, knitting, sewing, jewelry making, sewing and much more!

Even though your school year is coming to an end and that means scout meetings too, that doesn't mean you still can't have fun at So You... Sewing and Design studio, come and join us at our camps! We have camps every school break including summer time.
 

So You... Activities

So You…has developed projects in support of various Daisy, Brownie and Junior activities, try-its and badges. So You… will supply all materials needed for the project(s). We try to finish enough of the project so that the girls will have completed the requirements by the end of the meeting. Please also note that we also support Bronze, Silver and Goldawards. Always ask about our project and what's new!

Hello Girls,

 

   Welcome to So You... Girl Scout Spot for the Girls! This blog was created for you girls to come and read about events going on at So You... Sewing and design studio to get some community hours, for you to discuss what projects you would like to do, to share some cool craft and other project ideas and more. Please feel free to share your thoughts, comments and concerns.  We have met a lot of troops and we hope to be meeting some more of you at our studio to earn your badges, we will post pictures and schedule times for meet ups that will take place at our studios both in NY & NJ.
